Refurbishment Details
The Discovery Trading Company, located on Discovery Island near the park entrance, is undergoing exterior refurbishment. Guests will notice green scrims, rolling planters, and signage reminding everyone to “pardon our appearance.”
While one of the entrances is temporarily closed, the store remains open for shopping. Inside, you’ll still find all the apparel, plush, and souvenirs you love, even if the background music is taking a short break.
Why It’s Important
Discovery Trading Company (and its neighbor Riverside Depot) is the main merchandise spot in Animal Kingdom. This refresh keeps the theming sharp and ensures guests can enjoy a polished, immersive shopping experience for years to come.
